Hand-carved Cameo Necklace

This festoon draped cameo necklace features five exquisite cameos each unique and hand carved from conch shell. The cameos are carved Greek Goddesses in flowing tunics. Each measure one inch long and five eighth of in inch wide. The sterling silver chain gracefully draped between each cameo. This one-of-a-kind necklace is an 18 inches at it longest point. The festoon drape was popular in the beginning of the nineteenth century and regained its popularity again at the end of that century.
